Adam Goreń has been with the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) for almost 25 years.

After years of advancing his career, he has gained substantial experience. Prior to joining UDT, he worked at the Polska Grupa Energetyczna public power company and in the consulting industry. His most recent position at UDT has been Director of Certification and Conformity Assessment Department. Goreń has created several certification programmes in areas such as quality, environment, energy, and safe operation of plant, machinery, and equipment. Acted as lead auditor of management systems in the fields of business continuity, energy, environment, and occupational health and safety. Academic lecturer and author of publications promoting safety. He has a degree in environmental engineering from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a PhD in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. Goreń has collaborated with international organisations such as CEOC, TIC Council, ISO, and PEFC.
