Andrzej Jarczyk

He has been associated with the Polish insurance market for nearly 30 years. During this time, he has gone through all stages of a career in the industry – from insurance agent and head of sales departments to president of the management board.
He has extensive experience in managing life and non-life insurance companies, as well as insurance brokerage and intermediary firms.
From 2007 to 2010, he served as President of the Management Board of Generali Group companies in Poland, and from 2010 to 2017 he headed the Management Board of Uniqa.
He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and Ruhr University in Bochum. He is also an alumnus of the Eurekans Management Development Program, run by the University of Edinburgh, the University of Chicago in Barcelona, and INSEAD France.
