Elżbieta Rogowska is the Vice-President of PW Krystian, a Polish manufacturer of protective and work clothing and distributor of personal protective equipment.    

In her role, she is responsible for co-creating and implementing the company's business strategy and supervises key areas, including finance, sales, marketing and HR. 

She represents the company in its relations with strategic partners: suppliers, customers and institutions. She is a leader who combines the ability to build strategies and set long-term goals with a focus on the execution of plans, while paying attention to the culture of the organisation and pursuing her passion for development. She promotes a culture of health and safety at work through her active participation in the educational project Koalicja Bezpieczni w Pracy (Safe at Work Coalition). 

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Economics at the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila. She is fluent in English and Italian. 

Privately, she is a wife and mother of two children, whose everyday life is brightened by her dog and cat. She is passionate about cooking, walking in the woods, especially during the mushroom season, travelling – including culinary trips – and personal development.
