An executive manager with over 15 years of experience in strategic financial management. She developed her expertise at companies such as Asseco Poland and Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW).
As Chief Financial Officer (2022–2024) at Intec Energy Solutions (CHINT Green Energy) – a company specialising in photovoltaic farm development and operating in the European energy sector – she was responsible for controlling, accounting, financial reporting, as well as treasury and taxation functions.
At the Industrial Development Agency JSC, she oversees the company's finance function, focusing on enhancing accounting, reporting, and controlling processes across the IDA Capital Group. Her areas of responsibility also include effective capital and financial risk management, securing financing, as well as optimising and transforming financial processes within the IDA Group.
She is a member of the Polish Corporate Treasurers Association (PCTA).
