Kamila Kotulska is a computer scientist and technology executive, serving as CEO of GRADIS, an innovative Polish energy startup. She co-founded the company, which develops a platform based on graph grammars and artificial intelligence, applied to optimize urban lighting systems, manage city infrastructure, and support smart grids. GRADIS technology transforms data into graphs, enabling the identification of complex relationships between entities and reducing computation and analytics times from years to hours. In practice, deployments deliver up to 81% energy savings and are adopted by municipalities and commercial operators. At GRADIS, she is responsible for client relations, platform development, and exploring new applications of the technology in energy and Smart City domains. In parallel, Kamila has pursued a media career, working as a sports journalist with Viaplay, TVP, Canal+ Sport, and Orange Sport.
