Graduate of Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and EMBA studies of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has many years of professional experience in the power and heat industry in managerial positions. Since 2012 he has held the following functions at TAURON Ciepło: Head of the Generation Planning and Supervision Department, Director of Operations and Director of the Production Department of TAURON Ciepło. Since June 2021, as Member of the Management Board of TAMEH Polska sp. z o.o. and TAMEH Czech s.r.o., he was responsible for managing the production assets of four CHP plants in Poland and the Czech Republic. Since March 1, 2022, he has been Chairman of the Board of TAURON Ciepło, and since March 7, 2024, he has also been a Board Member of TAMEH Holding sp. z o.o.
