Connecting generations of leaders and fostering responsible leadership in finance, energy, industry, and healthcare.

For eight years I have been co-creating the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, and for over two years I have served as its President. I build a space that connects generations of leaders and inspires them to act with courage, responsibility, and a future-oriented mindset. Working with more than 1,000 young talents and hundreds of senior business leaders, I see how values and high standards of leadership become a real driving force for change in organizations and strategic sectors of the economy.

I know how important it is for companies to attract a new generation of leaders who bring fresh perspectives, skills, and readiness to take on challenges. As a moderator of intergenerational dialogue, I believe leadership is not only about competence, but above all about courage and responsibility – because business cannot exist without people.

Previously, as a Business Development Manager, I supported women entrepreneurs in building personal brands. Earlier, I collaborated with civic foundations and think tanks. I hold a degree in political philosophy.
