Robert Świerzyński, President of the Management Board of Energa-Operator S.A., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership. He has a proven track record in driving operational model transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing and developing business processes. His experience spans key organizational areas such as investments, procurement, telecommunications and IT, and operations.

From 2009 to 2015, he served as Vice President at Energa-Operator S.A., responsible for operations and social relations. Among his notable achievements during this period are the implementation of an asset management system, deployment of the TAN telecommunications network, development of the TETRA dispatch communication concept, construction of a data processing and IT infrastructure monitoring center, and the creation of procurement strategies enabling the rollout of smart metering projects.

Over the past seven years, he worked at ERGO Hestia S.A. as Director of departments overseeing cost management, administration and logistics, process optimization, investments, and data quality.
