Robert Witek
He graduated from the Faculty of Environmental and Energy Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology. He also completed management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
From 2000 to 2024, he was continuously associated with Zakłady Pomiarowo-Badawcze Energetyki "Energopomiar" sp. z o.o., where he rose through all levels of the company, from measurement engineer to CEO. There, he was responsible for the commercial, technical, and quality aspects of the company's products and services. He implemented projects including the construction of a flue gas desulfurization plant at Enea Wytwarzanie, the construction of a 910 MW unit at the Jaworzno power plant, and the construction of a combined cycle gas and steam unit at the Żerań CHP plant. In these projects, he served as contract engineer/director, managing and supervising a multi-person team.
He also oversaw the implementation of the company's business, marketing, and CSR strategies and coordinated cost optimization efforts.
His key competencies include interdisciplinary technical knowledge, organizational transformation of companies, and direct and indirect management of a team of employees.
