Artur Galbarczyk is Head of the Energy & Technology Sector Office at the Polish Development Bank (BGK). He focuses on financing the energy sector, including generation, networks, storage, the energy transition, utilities, as well as TMT.

Before joining BGK, he worked at Goldman Sachs, Fitch Ratings, PZU Investments, and Deloitte Advisory.

Artur holds an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, a CEMS Master’s in International Management, and an MA from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
