Bogusław Regulski is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he earned a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Energy Engineering. He also completed postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Technology in sustainable energy supply systems and building energy certification.

He has lectured on district heating at the postgraduate level at SGH Warsaw School of Economics across more than a dozen editions of its postgraduate programmes. He is the author of publications addressing municipal heat management as well as current and strategic challenges facing district heating companies.

He is a member of the National Bank of Poland’s expert group on energy and has spent his entire professional career in the district heating and energy sectors. Since 1999, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish District Heating Chamber of Commerce.
