is an executive with over 22 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, and alternative fuels sectors. At ORLEN Group, he leads the development of hydrogen, biofuels, and synthetic fuels projects, building one of Europe’s most advanced decarbonization portfolios.

An accomplished leader with extensive experience managing international teams, he has played a key role in advancing ORLEN’s energy transition strategy. In 2026, the Hydrogen and Biofuels division under his leadership received the Highly Commended distinction in the Team of the Year category at the Reuters Energy Transition Awards.

He has secured more than PLN 2.2 billion in non-repayable funding for ORLEN’s energy transition projects, including Poland’s largest-ever grant from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Since December 2024, he has served as President of the Management Board of Lotos Green H₂.

Mr. Jóźwiak initiated strategic projects such as Clean Cities – Hydrogen Mobility in Poland and the Biocrops for Biofuels programme, as well as the ORLEN Hydrogen Academy and Youth in Action educational initiatives. He is a member of the Governing Board of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, a NATO civil expert, and a member of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Południe. He holds a degree from the Warsaw University of Technology and an Executive MBA.
