A resident of Tychy, lawyer, MBA graduate of the Kraków University of Economics, and graduate of postgraduate studies in Public Management at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.
He has been professionally associated with the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice, where he served as Director of the Infrastructure Department from 2006 to 2014. During this period, he was responsible for the legal and administrative preparation of key infrastructure projects implemented in the Silesian Voivodeship, including the Racibórz Reservoir, the A4 and A1 motorways, numerous expressways and national roads, the Katowice Main Railway Station, the expansion of Katowice Airport, and many other strategic investments.
Between 2007 and 2008, he served as the Plenipotentiary of the Silesian Voivode for the Implementation of the Schengen Agreement. In this capacity, he was responsible for removing technical barriers to the free movement of persons within the Member States covered by the Agreement, as well as facilitating the unrestricted movement of individuals, including citizens of the Republic of Poland, throughout the Schengen Area.
From 2014 to 2023, he served as Deputy Mayor of the City of Tychy for Spatial Economy and Urban Development. In this role, he was responsible for spatial planning, construction and development, heritage conservation, real estate management, and geodesy.
