Associated with Grupa Azoty for over 30 years, responsible for key areas of industrial power engineering operations and development. Currently Executive Director of the Corporate Power Engineering Department at Grupa Azoty S.A., Director of the Power Engineering Business Unit, and commercial proxy at Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn, where he oversees the implementation of revised power plant operations — maximizing use of high-pressure process steam while the combined heat and power (CHP) plant is offline in summer, taking advantage of variable energy prices. He has extensive experience managing and developing professional power engineering, including optimizing CHP plant and grid operations, delivering strategic energy investments, and continually broadening his expertise through industry training and conferences.
