Head of Flexibility and Aggregation at Respect Energy and President of the Board of the Energy Flexibility Association "Flex." He combines an engineering education in power engineering (Warsaw University of Technology) with a master's degree in management science (Warsaw School of Economics). He brings a unique mix of technical knowledge and a strategic market perspective to the energy sector. Previously, an employee of PSE (the Polish Transmission System Operator), where he managed international projects aimed at developing an Integrated European Electricity Market. He uses his experience and skills to identify and leverage opportunities related to energy system flexibility, with a special focus on the balancing services market. With comprehensive knowledge of the electricity market and a proactive problem-solving approach, he is actively engaged in promoting the development of the renewable energy sector.
