Advisor to the Management Board on District Heating Transformation at the National Energy Conservation Agency S.A. (Krajowa Agencja Poszanowania Energii S.A. - KAPE); Over 30 years of professional experience in the district heating sector (PEC Poznań), including over 20 years with the Dalkia and Veolia groups in the positions of Director, Member of the Management Board, and President. He built from the ground up a number of nationwide companies in the energy services and technical facility management markets (Dalkia ETS, Veolia Industry Polska); Expert, designer, and energy consultant—he has been implementing modernization projects in the district heating sector for many years and is a co-author of numerous expert reports, analytical studies, and projects. For 25 years, he has served as an energy auditor at KAPE S.A. He collaborates with numerous local governments and district heating companies, helping them choose the optimal path for development and adaptation to the new requirements of the European Green Deal and subsequent packages, such as Fit for 55 and REPowerEU. At KAPE, he implemented the ELENA Project, which offers comprehensive support to district heating companies with funding from the European Investment Bank.
