Director of the Network Asset Management Division at Energa-Operator S.A., has been involved in the power industry for nearly 35 years. He is responsible for network operations, investments and network development, the grid connection process, asset management, and central power dispatch. He gained professional experience in the operation of 110/15 kV substations, power system dispatching, and the management of organisational units responsible for network services. He combines technical expertise with managerial experience and a comprehensive understanding of distribution network operations. His work focuses on the digitalisation and automation of power networks, the use of modern technologies in network asset management, and enhancing the resilience, flexibility, and reliability of infrastructure. He actively supports the development of smart grids, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the creation of conditions that enable the electrification of industry and transport.
