Since 1999, he has worked at the intersection of IT and the energy sector, specializing in the implementation of billing and CRM systems. He has held positions at Asseco and other companies delivering solutions for the energy market. Over the years, he has overseen numerous customer service system implementations across most Polish energy trading companies.

Between 2007 and 2010, he was actively involved in market reforms, supporting both distribution system operators and energy suppliers. Since 2010, he has served as CEO of Ebicom, responsible for sales and operations. Together with his team, he developed the first comprehensive cloud-based solution for the energy sector on the Polish market, integrating CRM and billing modules.

He holds a degree in Administration from Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and an Executive MBA from WSB-NLU.
