An accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the energy sector and a strong track record in delivering major strategic infrastructure projects.
Since 2025, he has served as President of the Management Board of the PZPB-Atom Association, representing Polish companies interested in participating in the development of Poland’s first nuclear power plant.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and subsequently President of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe (PEJ), where he was responsible for advancing the development of Poland’s first nuclear power plant in Pomerania and overseeing cooperation with leading U.S. companies.
From 2015 to 2022, he was President of GAZ-SYSTEM, leading the company’s largest investment programme in history, with capital expenditure exceeding PLN 20 billion. Key projects included the Baltic Pipe, LNG infrastructure, international gas interconnectors and more than 30 strategic transmission pipelines.
His career combines senior executive leadership with extensive expertise in energy security, infrastructure development and complex, large-scale investment projects.
