Dr. Valdas Lukoševičius (PhD in Thermal Engineering) has over 40 years of professional and academic experience in energy system analysis, district heating investments, and energy policy. Since 2018, he is President of Lithuanian District Heating Association. His background includes senior roles in academia, energy regulation, and industry, such as Associate Professor at Kaunas University of Technology, Commissioner at the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices, and Chairman of the Board of the DH company Kaunas Energy. He has also participated in international programmes, including World Bank and INOGATE initiatives, ensuring strong strategic leadership and policy relevance.
