is a Managing Partner in the Tax Advisory Department at TPA Poland, a licensed tax advisor, an expert in the renewable energy market, and the author of numerous publications. He specializes in tax planning, transaction support, and effective corporate taxation.
He has been leading advisory projects for companies in the real estate and energy sectors, including analyses of the tax implications of transactions, restructurings, and investment projects. He has many years of experience in tax and business advisory services, including as a co-founder of TPA Poland.
He holds a degree in Management and Marketing from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; he also studied at Otto-Friedrich-Universität in Bamberg. He holds a Ph.D. in Tax Law from the University of Łódź.
Since 2016, he has served as Chairman of the Board of the Polish Branch of the International Fiscal Association.
He is fluent in English, German, and Italian.
