Ana Rodríguez is an electrical engineer with more than a decade of experience in the offshore wind industry. She is currently Deputy Project Director of the BC-Wind project in Poland at Ocean Winds. Previously, she led the Electrical Department at Ocean Winds, where she was involved in the design and implementation of electrical systems across multiple offshore wind farms, including cables, offshore substations and grid code compliance. She also contributed to the standardisation of technical criteria at corporate level. Prior to joining Ocean Winds, she developed her career at ScottishPower, where she held various positions of responsibility across projects including East Anglia ONE and the East Anglia Hub, focusing on electrical design, contract management and grid code compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering and a Master’s degree in Offshore and Ocean Technology from Cranfield University.
